September 17: Promoting Student Responsibility in the Age of the Internet & Social Media 
Workshop considers seven areas for student learning about digital citizenship, internet safety, privacy and security, cyberbulling, communication, relationships and more.

September 18: EL Collaborative 
Five-sessions series highlights relevant English learner topics and discussion, instructional activities, presentations, and readings for EL educators.

September 21: Digging Deep:NGSS for Grades 6-12
Participants deepen understanding of science and engineering practices disciplinary core ideas and cross-cutting concepts.

September 23: Mapping SBAC Interim Assessments 
This session will review key concepts behind the Smarter Balanced Interim Assessment and examine sample questions in the ELA and math interim assessment blueprint. Participants will reference grade-level scope and sequences and map the use of the SBAC Interim Assessment

September 29 & 30: Sonoma Leadership Network
Elementary and secondary teams study and implement research, best practices, effective strategies used by high-performing, gap closing schools. Presentations by: Dr. Harold Asturias, Director of the Center for Mathematics Excellence and Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley, Patrick Callahan, Co-director California Math Project, Jessica Murk, Math Consultant, Josh Deis, Math Coordinator SCOE

September 30: Expository Reading and Writing Course for High School Teachers
Workshop designed for high school teachers in all content areas provides an introduction to the materials in California State University's Expository Reading and Writing Course (ERWC)
